Constipation Cure - Do Not Get Constipated - Try these Remedies
According to some group of holistic health care providers, if you want to have a constipation cure, the diet should contain the right amounts of fats! Too little fats make the stool hard and also, too much may irritate the intestines and are difficult to digest. For this, one should vary between the natural fatty sources such as fat fish, almond, olive oil, colza oil, canola oil and flaxseed oil. According to some group of holistic health care providers, if you want to have a constipation cure, the diet should contain the right amounts of fats! For this, one should vary between the natural fatty sources such as fat fish, almonds, olive oil, colza oil, canola oil and flaxseed oil. The fat type found in these oils help in alleviating the inflammation of the digestive system. In addition one must consume some, but not too much of fatty sources like nuts, sunflower seeds, soy oil, corn oil, spawn, avocados, eggs, sunflower oil and  corn oil.

For constipation cure, drink enough water as it makes the stool softer. Eat meals in a proper timing.  Do not overfill the stomach at any given time; in fact, it is better to have four or five smaller meals than three large.

Go to the toilet whenever you feel an urge. Relax on the commode and let it all get enough time to pass the stools out. Overstraining may cause harm to the local area. To ease the passing of stool one can lubricate the anal opening with Vaseline or some specially made ointments available on the market as lubricants.

For constipation cure, have two tablespoons of linen seeds every day for a few weeks. This helps in loosening of the intestinal content and also helps in alleviating the constipation and hemorrhoids. Let the seeds be in water an hour before consuming both the seeds and the water that will have dissolved materials from the seeds.

Banana, ghee (purified butter oil) and a bit of sugar (contraindicated in diabetes) is a good remedy. Try this – take half a glass of milk and add smashed banana and then a tsp of ghee. Then add a bit of sugar and a pinch of ginger powder. You can have this before going to bed. You can practice this for some months without any worry. This helps in getting constipation cure as suggested by many holistic health care providers.
 
Spices such as ginger, asafetida, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds help in digestion and may play significant role as constipation cure. Using strong spices in your food such as cayenne, red chili pepper/flakes, chili or garlic may irritate the intestines and hence is given up for a while.

Regular exercising helps the intestines to work more effectively and in this fashion, it may work as constipation cure. Yogasanas have reported to be very beneficial in particular.

Some other constipation cure tips include:

·    Add some extra sugar or some honey to a glass of milk and consume it twice a day for some weeks. This is good for constipation.

·    You can also soak one date (seedless) overnight in ½ a cup of water. In the next morning, mash the date with same water and take its pulp. Take one tsp of this water thrice a day to have constipation relief.

·    Try this - soak 50 gm of cassia pulp in water overnight and in the next morning, consume 25 gm of water.

·    Drink a medicated solution made up of ½ teaspoon of honey in ½ cup lukewarm water twice or thrice a day.
 
·    Some herbal healers suggest mixing up half a cup of olive oil with half a cup of orange juice and drink. This gives constipation relief.

·    Psyllium husk can be taken.
